We saw the bedroom to this beautiful master retreat in part I. Today, we finally get to unveil the master bathroom. I admit; from the first time I got to step foot in this space, I could not wait to get my hands on it. The bones were good, but the finishes needed some attention.
MASTER BATHROOM BEFORE

The crema marfil marble tile floors and claw foot tub gave this bathroom so much potential. But they were being overpowered by the busy mosaic vanity wall and dark cabinets and shower tiles.
The bathroom was small, but it didn’t need to feel as small as it did with all the stuff that was going on. We wanted to bring the bathroom with the bedroom to create a space that flowed. However, we did not want to bring in the dark, moody effect from the bedroom. So, creating a cohesive suite with the challenge.
We leaned into the creamy pink undertones of the crema marfil marble and continued it onto the shower walls and floor. We found the spectacular mosaic tile that married the marble with the creamy whites and grays of the bedroom that is just to die for; if I do say so myself! We raised the linen tower to the ceiling and wrapped the room with crown molding to give the room good architectural details. We filled in the vanity wall from counter to crown with mirror to give the illusion on a larger space.
MASTER BATHROOM AFTER
The result is a luxuriously feminine master bathroom that is fit for a queen.
